Ordering any item from this site is simple, safe and easy.

I usually sell to the first interested customer, on a first come first served basis.

First email me at SALES@ANCIENT-JEWELLERY.COM with the item REF# (such as PEN11GOLDCROSS) found beside the description. I will send you an email confirmation regarding the status of your query (whether it has been sold or reserved). If reserved I can place you next in line if the status changes.

If the item is in stock, I will move swiftly to the next stage:


Payment can be made in a variety of ways, the most efficient being through PayPal

I also accept bank transfer (usually the preferred choice for our European customers) or by cheque / postal orders etc.

For the more tech-savvy customers, I now offer payment via Bitcoins (price to be determined on the day of the sale)

If paying by cheque please allow plenty of time for it to clear, usually 7 working days.

Once payment has been completed I usually ship (post) the item within 24 hours, via (international) recorded and signed for service. I use Royal Mail to handle our shipping, they have always been fast and secure. For domestic customers, I will post by Royal Mail Special Delivery (on orders over £100). This service is free and is calculated in the sale price. I will then provide the tracking number and details of when to expect delivery. International can take upto 10 days to arrive, domestic the next working day. 

DHL Express is now also an option, let me know if you are interested in this service. Europe around 1 day other countries may vary.


I do accept emails relating to offers, though they must be fair! If I accept your offer, you will be notified as soon as possible. If making an offer please confirm your payment method and time-scale of payment, this will be used when deciding to accept your offer or not.
